Tonite after I closed the Spa~Security came by and said that Usher wanted to come & workout. When he arrived he shook my hand & said hello. He was very nice, pleasant & short !!..ha ha ha...he worked out from 7:10pm-8pm... then his friend ordered Usher and himself a Cucumber, Celery & Spinach Smoothie....yuck !!..ha ha ha"R & B musician Usher will be at the Beau Rivage Hotel & Casino tonight talking about his New Look Foundation. Tonight’s event will not be a performance but will focus on fundraising for the foundation.
The event will be at the hotel’s poolside Club Tiki. A $10 donation will be taken at the door. His New Look Foundation has assisted families on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and New Orleans by providing clothing, funding for agencies supporting Katrina evacuees and providing rent and utility assistance for families. Usher is known for hits “Love in this Club,” “Burn,” “Confessions” and the recently released album “Here I Stand.”
